Doug Engdahl

							Mr. Engdahl is a professional geologist and the current CEO & Principal Geologist of Axiom Group. 
							Doug received his B.Sc. from the University of Saskatchewan in Geological Sciences and a has recently completed a Citation Program in Applied 
							Geostatistics with Clayton Deutsch from the University of Alberta. He is Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional 
							Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
							Doug has over 12 years of geological experience in both junior and major exploration and mining sectors across North America and in Africa. 
							His extensive mineral exploration experience has been focused on data compilation and interpretation, drill target generation and drill program 
							management, as well as resource and mine modeling with focus on structural geology and resource calculations. Doug was also a certified practicing 
							member of the Saskatchewan Mine Rescue program, outside of the geological world he is an active Volunteer Firefighter and First Responder with Warman Fire Department.

Matthew Schwab

							Mr. Schwab is a professional geologist with over 12 years of operational supervision, resource exploration and successful business management experience. 
							Matthew obtained his B.Sc. Honours degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member in good standing with the Association 
							of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) and of Alberta (APEGA). His experience gained throughout North America and Africa is 
							based in operational project management and supervision of diverse mineral exploration projects, the on-site and remote geological supervision of oil and 
							gas well, and helium drilling activities, the direction of human resources, drill project planning and targeting, and mineral resource discovery and definition.
							Matthew has a proven track record of successful program management and operational success in the energy and resources sectors where he was instrumental 
							in the discovery of the Arrow uranium deposit in February of 2014. He has been actively involved with numerous conventional and unconventional upstream 
							drilling programs throughout the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and has been engaged as an advisor and consulting geologist in the E&P sector of the 
							Canadian petroleum industry through much of his career.

Peter Dueck

							Mr. Dueck has been involved in the resource exploration industry since 2001, working with a variety of gold, copper, zinc, and uranium companies. 
							Until early 2018, he held the position of Chief Geophysicist for Hudbay Minerals Inc. in Flin Flon, Manitoba. In addition, Mr. Dueck was President 
							of Pioneer Aerial Surveys Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global UAV Technologies Ltd., which provides a full spectrum of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle 
							(UAV) based services and products. He was a founder of Aerial Imaging Resources Inc. (AIR), a UAV-based geophysical survey company acquired by Global 
							UAV in 2018 and is currently the Principal Geophysicist and CBO for the Axiom Group.
							Mr. Dueck holds a B.Sc. in Geophysics from the University of Saskatchewan as well as an MBA from the University of Wales. His MBA Dissertation is titled: 
							''Tracking the Cyclical Valuation of the Canadian Junior Resource Sector'' focusing on long term exploration trends and strategies in contrast with commodity prices.

Navdeep Toor

							Mr. Toor is a senior technical and management professional with over 19 years of multi-jurisdictional (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, YT) and multi-disciplinary 
							environmental science and engineering experience. Mr. Toor holds a B.Sc. in Biology and a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology and is a registered 
							Professional Chemist with the Association of the Chemical Profession of Alberta and British Columbia.
							His areas of expertise include water management, water quality, aquatic ecology and toxicology, human and ecological risk assessment, analytical chemistry, 
							environmental impact assessment and protection, and statistical analysis. In addition to his broad technical capabilities, Mr. Toor has experience with 
							strategic planning and implementation, and financial, business, and operations management in progressive roles for various environmental and engineering 
							consultancies, and petroleum and mineral exploration organizations.

Karen Frisky

							Ms. Frisky received her Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 1994 and holds a Certified General 
							Accountant (CGA) designation.
							Ms. Frisky has served in senior management roles, including Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, for several public companies on both the TSX-V 
							and the CSE. Prior to entering the mining industry Ms. Frisky worked in public practice before moving to private industry where she worked in senior 
							accounting positions in the non-profit, health, manufacturing, and construction sectors.

Tanya Coetzee

							Tanya has over eight 8 years of experience in GIS data processing and interpretation within multiple industry sectors (mining, agriculture, 
							forestry, infrastructure). Her areas of data collection and processing expertise include, LiDAR, photogrammetry, electromagnetic (EM), 
							magnetometer (Mag), and ground penetrating radar (GPR) surveys.
							She has processed datasets and produced integrated map products for these surveys to support mineral exploration projects, contaminated sites 
							investigations, forestry planning, for drainage and groundwater applications, landfill monitoring, and to aid in the successful planning 
							and execution of construction projects.

Andrew Yubeta

							Mr. Yubeta is a G.I.T. registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS), and the Senior Project 
							Manager for Axiom Exploration Group Ltd. Andrew completed his B.Sc. Geology in 2017 from the University of Regina, under a full scholarship for 
							honourable service in the military. His geological career has spanned from exploration in Northern Canada, to leading UAV projects across the 
							American Continent, and Eastern Europe.
							Andrew’s geological and technical experience developed his business aptitude of the multi-faceted service and mining industry, on an international 
							scale. His experience includes financial structuring, logistical management, and UAV consulting.

Jennifer Cowles

							Jennifer has a diverse professional background with over 19 years experience in finance and business management, and 13 years experience 
							as an Emergency Medical Responder and Fire Fighter. Jennifer is a Licenced Emergency Medical Responder in good standing with the College 
							of Paramedics in both Saskatchewan and BC, holds certification as a Mine Supervisor through the BC Mine Certifications Program, is an IFSAC 
							Certified NFPA Level 1 & 2 Firefighter, and holds her Pilot’s Certificate for Advanced RPAS Operations in Canada. 
							As Axiom’s Office & HSE & Compliance Manager Jennifer actively manages project safety planning, safety management, and incident reporting / incident 
							investigations across Axiom’s projects. Jennifer is a certified Red Cross Instructor for First Aid / CPR / First Responder / EMR and oversees 
							all safety training and certification management for the company.

Tyler Fiolleau

							Mr. Fiolleau is currently a Senior Geologist with Axiom Group. Tyler received his B.Sc. from the University of Saskatchewan in Geological 
							Sciences in and has been actively involved in the mineral exploration industry for over 16 years. Tyler has extensive experience with 
							various commodities including Gold, Uranium and VMS style deposits. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of 
							Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
							Tyler has managed multifaceted greenfields to advanced brownfields drilling projects in Western Canada at many scales in both private and 
							corporate sectors. He has considerable experience in project management at various stages of exploration, including geotechnical analysis, 
							directional definition drilling, GIS, technical reporting, and compilation.

Lynde Guillaume

							Lynde received her B.Sc. from the University of Saskatchewan in Geological Sciences and has been actively involved in the mineral exploration 
							industry for the past 6 years. She is registered as a Geologist-in-Training with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists 
							of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
							Lynde has been involved with various projects across Canada (SK, MB, BC, ON, YT) ranging from green-fields exploration to brownfields drilling 
							and pre-mine feasibility. She has worked in various commodities including gold, uranium, copper-zinc, cobalt, and PGEs. Her experience includes 
							project management, target generation, exploration and infill drilling, geological mapping and prospecting, data interpretation and analysis, 
							as well as assessment reporting and compilation.
